Protection of the site and COSMEPIX ownership rights

All the elements of the COSMEPIX site, including all visual and sound elements, and including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark law and patent law.

They are the exclusive property of COSMEPIX.

The user can solely print or download images or parts of images in the various zones of the site exclusively for his own use, and for non-commercial purposes. Any other form of duplication, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any image is strictly prohibited and violators are subject to prosecution.

The user who has his or her own site and who wishes to place on that site, for personal use, a simple link which connects directly to the COSMEPIX site, must first request prior written permission from COSMEPIX.

In all circumstances, any non-authorized link must be removed upon simple request from COSMEPIX.
